9.12 March in DC Medina Tea Party Patriots
Medina Tea Party Patriots will be organizing a one-day bus for the DC event only. If you would
like to join us in DC, below are details on the event and bus reservations:
Itinerary for bus trip and event
Saturday, September 11
11:00 PM/Midnight Board bus and leave for DC – boarding site TBD.
Sunday, September 12
6:00 AM Stop for breakfast.
8:00 AM Arrive in Fairfax, Virginia. Take Metro into DC.
10:00 AM Gather at the Washington Monument for a non-denominational prayer service led by Rev. C.L. Bryant. After the service, we will walk to Freedom Plaza and get ready for the march.
Noon March up Pennsylvania Avenue to the West Lawn of the Capitol for rally.
2:00 PM Tea party rally will begin on the West Lawn.
5:00 PM Rally ends.
8:00 PM Board bus in Fairfax, Virginia and depart for Medina, Ohio.
Please note: This is a tentative schedule. We will be providing more details for those who plan to go.
Cost of trip
$60 per person for the entire trip – this includes bus ticket, gratuity for the bus driver and round-trip tickets for the metro. This does NOT include the cost of breakfast. You will be responsible for buying your own meal(s).
RSVP for the trip
We will be organizing one bus, which seats 55 people, for the DC 9.12 march. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a spot on the bus, we will need to receive your check for $60.00 per person, as well as the completed “9.12 Bus” form, by Monday, August 19th. (See attachment.) Each person traveling on the bus MUST fill out a form.

Bus trip to Washington DC September 12, 2010 | The Cleveland Tea Party Patriots are sponsoring a bus tour to Washington DC on September 12th. With November closing in fast we ask all conservatives, from all over northeast Ohio, to join together to Repeal, Reduce and Reclaim our nation. To register for this one-day event: Email our Travel Coordinators Linda O'Brien and copy Mike Prokop at: LObrien105@aol.com mprokop@ameritech.net Registrations received and paid-in-full before Aug 11th receives an early discount $54.00 per rider (round trip). All reservations made after Aug 11 will pay $65.00 No checks can be accepted post marked after Aug 23. We will make rest stops in Pennsylvania and Maryland The driver will deliver us to Union Station, which is only two blocks from the Capitol and will pick us up there at the end of the rally. This eliminates the need to catch a Metro train and keep our cost low. When registering, please include the following: - Your name

What is the Breakfast/dinner option? We have arranged a morning and evening stop at Panera Bread in Rockville MD for breakfast and dinner. We ask everyone to select the breakfast/dinner option so we can keep our rest time to a minimum. All pre-ordered meals will be hot and ready when we arrive. Of course, you may bring your own food or choose to order off menu. However, we ask you to consider the extra time it will take the restaurant to prepare individual orders. During our return home, the bus will again stop at Panera Bread in Rockville, MD for dinner. Your breakfast choices are: - (BB) Muffin + small coffee
- (BC) Danish/cinnamon roll/croissant + small coffee
- (BD) Signature bagel breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese) + small coffee
- (BE) Signature bagel breakfast sandwich (sausage egg and cheese) + small coffee
- (BF) Signature bagel breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese) + small coffee
