Decisive, sharp, and forthright, are just a few words to aptly describe defender of the working man or woman, American lawyer, Peter Kirsanow.

Partner of a Cleveland law firm, his legal practice focuses on management in employment-related litigation and in contract negotiations, NLRB proceedings, union matters, EEO matters and arbitration.

 A presidential appointee to the National Labor Relations Board in Washington D.C., Pete was directly involved with significant decisions including Oakwood Healthcare Inc. and Oil Capital Sheet Metal Inc. He continues to testify before and advise members of the U.S. Congress on employment law matters.

Reappointed by the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives to his fourth consecutive six-year term on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, is a position he will hold until the end of this year.

 A highly versatile writer, he has written articles for a variety of publications, including The National Review and The Wall Street Journal, before publishing a series of thriller novels.
